Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

Music World in Thunder Bay, Ontario for $340. I bought it because it was on sale and I wanted an electric.

I like this guitar because it sounds pretty good for a starting guitar. It was cheap and made pretty sturdy. Its heavy which is good and has a thin neck, which I also like. It stays in tune pretty good.

It has bad wiring and a really bad humming sound on any amp I play it on. It still sounds pretty good, but the humming gets annoying and can get really loud. The imput is on the bottom of the body so it tends to destroy a lot of chords if you sit in a chair while playing.

Its built pretty sturdy. I haven't had it fall apart or anything. The input did come unscrewed once, but other than that no major problems.

Is a great beginning guitar or a good guitar if you have a low budget. Its better than the squiers that sell for more.
